    Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for cutting-edge technologies and a flair for managing infrastructure projects? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our dynamic team as a Development and Security Infrastructure Team Leader.

    This is a hybrid role, providing the flexibility to work from home, with occasional travel to our office in Boston for training and meetings (PE21 2TQ).

    As the Development and Security Infrastructure Team Leader, you will take on a pivotal role in planning and deploying services and hardware for our infrastructure projects. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the availability and performance of our IT services consistently exceed our service level agreements. Additionally, you will lead a team of two skilled engineers, guiding them to achieve excellence in their roles.

    This role will enable you to:

      • Oversee the end-to-end planning and deployment of services and hardware for infrastructure projects.
      • Conduct research and development into emerging technologies to stay at the forefront of industry advancements.
      • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
      • Work alongside a large user base, utilising a diverse range of technologies.
      • Shape the implementation of architecture projects and provide comprehensive documentation for their use thereafter.

     

    To thrive in this role, you must possess significant experience in Office 365, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Dynamics environments. Additionally, you should be well-versed in Microsoft Exchange, with strong networking skills and Citrix experience. Familiarity with Microsoft systems management will also be essential to excel in this position.
